Corrections

My goal is for you to be absolutely elated with the service you receive while in my care, and when styling after you've gone home.  If there are any corrections that need to be made, please allow me the opportunity to do so by contacting me within 7 days of your service.

Product Returns

The products and tools purchased from me are guaranteed and may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Children

Hair salons are full of unsafe tools and chemicals that attract little hands like magnets.  Please find alternative plans for your little ones while you're having a service performed, as the final result of your service will reflect my level of distraction while trying to keep them safe.

Cancellations

I certainly understand that life happens and schedule changes will be necessary from time to time.  By allowing at least 24 hours for canceling/rescheduling an appointment, I am able to open the time for another guest, which means there is a greater chance that I can get you back on my schedule in a timely manner.  For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a re-booking fee equal to 50% of the booked services will be required before another appointment may be booked.  For missed appointments, the re-booking fee will be 100% of the booked services.

Late Arrivals

I will do my very best to accommodate you in the event of a late arrival.  However, if your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the re-booking fee will apply for the missed appointment.
