Corrections

My goal is for you to be absolutely elated with the service you receive while in my care, and when styling after you've gone home.  If there are any adjustments/corrections that need to be made, please allow me the opportunity to do so by contacting me within 7 days of your service.

Product Returns

The products and tools purchased from me are guaranteed and may be returned for full refund within 7 days of purchase, or exchanged within 60 days of purchase.

Cancellations

Understandably, life happens and schedule changes will be necessary from time to time!  By allowing at least 24 hours for canceling/rescheduling an appointment, I am able to open the time for another guest, which means there is a greater chance that I can get you back on my schedule in a timely manner.  For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a re-booking fee of $25 for each booked service will be required before another appointment may be booked.  Missed appointments will require full payment of service booked.

Late Arrivals

I will do my very best to accommodate you in the event of a late arrival.  However, if your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the re-booking fee will apply for the missed appointment.
